Product descriptions and photos on this website are as accurate as we can make them. The box shows the full ingredients and nutrition information. Please check it, including for allergens, before you use the product.

Ordering

When you press Buy now you go to a secure Stripe checkout page. Your order is an offer to buy from us. We accept it, and a contract is made, when we send the goods to you. If we cannot supply your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. You pay through Stripe. If we find a mistake in a price after you order, we will contact you before sending the goods, and you can choose to continue or cancel.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our delivery and returns page explains our delivery options, your right to cancel within 14 days, how returns work and what to do if something arrives faulty or damaged. It forms part of these terms.

Using the product safely

Velora is a food supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle, and it is not medical advice. Follow the directions on the box and keep it out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, or have been told to limit your salt or potassium, speak to your GP or pharmacist before using it. Do not use the product if you are allergic to any ingredient.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. Apart from that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
